Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("Learner", "User", "you") and ACRY EDUTECH ("ACRY", "we", "us"), operating the website acryedutech.com and all associated learning products, assessments, dashboards and career services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, taking an assessment or purchasing any program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature.
Eligibility and account obligations
You must be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years or above with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf, and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
- Account credentials are personal, non-transferable and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Sharing credentials, seat-sharing, or enabling concurrent access by another individual is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund.
- You must notify us promptly at acryedutech@gmail.com of any unauthorised use or security incident affecting your account.
Enrollment, fees and payments
Program fees, inclusions, cohort dates, access validity and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout and form part of these Terms. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST unless indicated.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. ACRY does not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- An enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation and verification. Failed, reversed or disputed transactions may result in access suspension.
- Promotional pricing, scholarships and combo pack discounts are time-bound, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
- Chargebacks raised without first contacting our support desk may lead to permanent account suspension pending resolution.
Cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
Licence to use content
Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, ACRY grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access purchased content for the stated validity period, solely for your own learning.
You must not, directly or indirectly:
- copy, record, screen-capture, download (except where a download button is provided), reproduce, republish, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute any content;
- use content to train, fine-tune or benchmark any machine-learning or generative AI system, or to build a competing educational product;
- circumvent access controls, watermarks, rate limits or digital rights management;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Platform by automated means.
Intellectual property
All course material, curricula, roadmaps, assessment logic, project briefs, templates, software, UI designs, trademarks, logos, and the "ACRY EDUTECH" name are the exclusive property of ACRY EDUTECH or its licensors, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable international treaties.
Work products you create during projects remain yours; however, you grant ACRY a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display anonymised or attributed excerpts of submitted work, testimonials and outcomes for educational, quality-assurance and promotional purposes. You may withdraw promotional consent by written request.
Acceptable use and community conduct
Live sessions, mentor channels and community forums are professional spaces. You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, misleading or infringing content; not to solicit or spam other learners; and not to disrupt sessions or interfere with Platform security.
We may moderate, remove or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.
Certification and career services
Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of the required modules, projects and assessments for a level, subject to our academic integrity standards. Certificates evidence completion of an ACRY program; they are not a statutory, governmental or university degree, diploma or accreditation.
Career services — including resume engineering, portfolio review, mock interviews, referrals and placement assistance — are advisory and best-effort support and expressly do not constitute a promise, warranty or guarantee of employment, internship, salary level or interview call. Eligibility for career services may require minimum attendance, project submission and assessment scores.
Third-party tools and links
Programs may reference or require third-party tools, AI models, APIs, cloud platforms or subscriptions. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing. ACRY is not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, output accuracy or data practices, and any such costs are borne by you unless expressly included in your program.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Detailed disclaimers are set out in our Disclaimer page.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACRY EDUTECH, its founders, employees, mentors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, opportunity, employment, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to ACRY for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACRY EDUTECH against claims, damages, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Force majeure and program changes
ACRY shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
We may update curricula, tools, mentors, session timings and delivery formats to maintain industry relevance, provided the overall learning outcome of the program is preserved.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with immediate effect, for non-payment, content piracy, credential sharing, academic dishonesty, abusive conduct, fraudulent chargebacks or breach of these Terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.
You may close your account at any time by written request; closure does not automatically create a refund entitlement, which is governed by the Refund Policy.
Governing law, grievance and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by ACRY with your consent under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi and the language shall be English.

Amendments and severability
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of it.
